Las Vegas - August 19, 2004 M &MARIACHI Passion & Tradition, the ultimate mariachi experience presented by Rodri Entertainment Group, moves to Club Tequila inside Fiesta Rancho Hotel & Casino located at 2400 North Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, 89031, beginning August 22. The M &MARIACHI show is a 22-song set of live romantic, fun, and thrilling arrangements including a lesson in Spanish 101.
We are very excited to open at Club Tequila with the support of Station Casinos, said Rodri J. Rodriguez, executive producer. Club Tequila is a fabulous state of the art showroom and showcases the variety of performances our cast gives the audience.
The 90-minute show features dynamic lighting, dazzling costumes, musicians and vocalists who showcase the passion of Mariachi music, and plenty of audience participation. Hispanic in origin and bursting with raw energy, M &MARIACHI Passion & Tradition is an international production featuring a brief video montage on the great mariachi legends, such as Lola Beltran and Jose Alfredo Jimenez who influenced the art of Mariachi. Powerful, show-stopping Spanish singing voices combined with the passionate rhythms of trumpets, guitars, and violins produce a heart-pounding live production involving the entire audience.
The show features several powerful numbers performed by principal singer Vanessa, who blends an American favorite, At Last by Etta James, with the romantic sounds of Mariachi. Add to the mix amazing harp player, Juan Cabrera and the sensual interpretations of young crooner Carlos Marquez.
Rodriguez is CEO of Rodri Entertainment Group and has been producing live concerts internationally since 1975. This June one of her creations, the MARIACHI USA Festival, celebrates 15 years of sold out success at the world famous Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
