The Kinsey Sicks™ combine award-winning acappella singing, biting wit and over-the-top drag for what has been called “one of the more uniquely original (and thoroughly fun and entertaining) acts we have encountered in years” (Billboard Magazine) and have been praised for their "voices sweet as birdsong" (New York Times).
Their Off-Broadway show, "Dragapella!™" at the legendary Studio 54 in New York City, was called "riotously funny" and "sublime" (Variety), and earned them a Drama Desk Award nomination for Best Lyrics and two Lucille Lortel nominations, including for Best Musical.
The Kinsey Sicks™ have been profiled on national television in the US, Canada, Europe and Japan, including ABC, CBS and the CBC. They were featured in the New York Times and recognized by the Hollywood Reporter as a breakout hit at the 2002 Montreal Comedy Festival. They have recorded five CDs: "Dragapella," "Boyz 2 Girlz," "Sicks in the City," and "I Want To Be A Republican," and "Oy Vey In A Manger."
