Activities Available For Youth Ages 4-15
The city of Las Vegas will open registration for summer day camps for youth ages 4 to 15 on Monday, Feb. 22. Registration for camps will be available at the facilities listed below, by telephone and online at www.lasvegasparksandrec.com. Registration will continue until camps are full.
Tot Kamp (ages 4 to 5), Kids Kamp (ages 6 to 11) and Teen Kamp (ages 12 to 15) will be offered at community centers and community schools beginning June 7. The camps will be offered from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays),

The Gilley’s Bull Returns to the Las Vegas Strip

Las Vegas— The mechanical bull that had been victorious in numerous battles waged by tourists, locals and bikini-clad riders is back to defend its new home at Treasure Island, when Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall and Bar-B-Que opens April 16.
Situated next to Siren’s Cove, Gilley’s will have retractable glass for outdoor Strip seating, and will be accessible from inside the casino and via a newly constructed bridge in front of the Siren’s ship.

The city of Las Vegas active adult and senior centers offer exercise, fitness, craft, arts, dance, music and computer classes; cards; games; discussion and social groups; luncheons; outings; sports; and special events Monday through Friday to residents age 50 and better.
