WELCOME 2012 AT CENTRAL MICHEL RICHARD’S TERRACE AT CAESARS PALACE WITH FREE-FLOWING CHAMPAGNE, HORS D'OEUVRES FOR $201.20

Details

LAS VEGAS (Dec. 2011) – For the festive price of $201.20 per person, guests can welcome 2012 and watch Las Vegas’ famous annual fireworks show from one of the best seats on the Strip: the terrace at Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace.
Central (pronounced sen-TRAHL) is offering its outdoor terrace for New Year’s Eve. For the aforementioned price, guests will receive champagne and hors d’oeuvres from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. The menu will feature Chef Michel Richard’s signature American cuisine with a French accent. Guests will dine on bacon and onion tart, gougeres (warm gruyere cheese puffs), fried chicken bites served with Dijon sauce, beef sliders served with onion compote and mayonnaise, 72-hour short ribs served with red wine syrah sauce, Michel’s chocolate bar served with hazelnut praline sauce and cheesecake with raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries..
As for the terrace, it will surely be one of the best places to take in Las Vegas’ most exciting night of the year. Watch the fireworks burst above the Las Vegas Strip while the exhilarated crowds saunter by the just-opened terrace is separated from the main restaurant by oversized windows and French doors and overflows into the historic Caesars Palace Roman Plaza.
Long after 2012 arrives, guests may continue the evening inside the restaurant. Central is the first restaurant ever helmed by a James Beard award-winning chef to keep its doors open 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Space is limited for the New Year’s Eve party on the terrace. To make reservations, call (702) 650-5921 and ask to speak with Tony Rodrigues, general manager.
