LAS VEGAS (March 2012) – Celebrating its milestone 20th anniversary this year, The Forum Shops at Caesars defined the luxury retail landscape in Las Vegas when it first opened in 1992. Today, the world-renowned shopping destination continues its winning streak as the top performing center in the retail industry, and continues to see strong sales growth year over year. In another sign of success, The Forum Shops has seen an impressive number of new openings and first-to-market tenants, as well as significant flagship-store expansions and remodels.

 

 

 

Highlights

 

  • Eleven new retailers have opened inside The Forum Shops in the past year. Among them are several first to the market such as Hublot, Panarai, Marc by Marc Jacobs and the first U.S. location of Hearts On Fire.

 

  • Five more new tenants are coming soon including; Rolex, Alfred Dunhill, Brietling, and Carmine's – the first west coast location of the legendary family-style Italian eatery.

 

  • Seven retailers within the famed center have either expanded or remodeled into flagship formats including; Fendi who expanded and opened a second boutique to house an exclusive stand-alone Shoe Salon, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo and a doubled-in-size Swarovski.

 

The Forum Shops continues to be among the most valuable retail and entertainment real estate in Las Vegas. Strong sales trends for the previous year reflect a double digit increase. Today, The Forum Shops remains the leader in the retail industry in producing the highest sales per square foot annually.

Since May 2011, The Forum Shops welcomed 11 new prestigious retailers including Hublot, Panarei, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Christian Louboutin, the first domestic location of Hearts On Fire, Pal Zileri, Exclusive Collections Gallery, Coach Men's with its first Las Vegas location, Kate Spade, a flagship Sephora, and the largest privately-owned art gallery - Martin Lawrence Galleries.

 

 

 

New retailers and restaurants for 2012 that are opening soon at The Forum Shops include:

 

  • Alfred Dunhill: Luxury British men’s brand offering elegant menswear, leather and accessories, Dunhill is set to open its first west coast location inside The Forum Shops at Caesars.

 

  • Breitling: Luxury brand of Swiss watches, Breitling will soon open inside The Forum Shops. Breitling watches are distinctive with a masterful reputation of being technically-oriented.

 

  • Carmine’s: The first west coast location of NYC’s legendary family-style Italian eatery Carmine’s brings a 25,000 square-foot, two-level iconic restaurant to The Forum Shops at Caesars. The highly-regarded eatery is famous for its abundant portions served in a festive, warm and attentive atmosphere.

 

  • Rolex: One of the leading names in luxury watches, Rolex has been the pre-eminent symbol of performance and prestige for over a century - world-famous for its performance and reliability.

 

  • Henri Bendel: Marking its first Las Vegas location, Henri Bendel is a chic shopper’s  paradise – the perfect stop to discover all the new and next fashion accessories, designer handbags and designer jewelry.

In order to better serve customer needs, another seven retailers within the famed center have either expanded or remodeled including; Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo and doubling-in-size Swarovski. Brighton Collectibles and bebe also expanded within the famed center. Planet Hollywood Restaurant & Bar has relocated within The Forum Shops to offer a two-level outdoor patio overlooking the Strip.

 

 

 

Synonymous with luxury and the eternal symbol of superior quality, this year Italian luxury fashion house Fendi opened an impressive expansion inside The Forum Shops to increase its merchandise mix. The 3,000 square-foot space is the first U.S. boutique to house an exclusive stand-alone Shoe Salon, located within the boutique entrance. The expanded space within The Forum Shops enhances the original offering by carrying a full collection of Ready-to-Wear and fur, handbags, accessories and shoes. Among the most unique qualities of this innovatively-designed boutique is its homage to the Italian architectural marvel, the Pantheon.
