LAS VEGAS (June 2012) – Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas’ most exciting round-the-clock destination, will celebrate our nation’s most patriotic day of the year with—what else?—a Great American Cookout held outdoors on its expansive patio fronting Caesars’ famous Roman Plaza. The party will take place on Saturday, July 7, from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m., the same evening Caesars Palace will host the Strip’s lavish fireworks celebration. The fireworks are scheduled to begin just past 9 p.m. (weather permitting).

Chef Michel is known for his tremendous love of traditional American fare, so Central has put together a summertime, all-you-can-eat barbecue menu spotlighting our nation’s mouthwatering culinary diversity.

Guests will feast on meaty main courses including whole roasted suckling pig, barbecue pulled-pork sandwiches, grilled bratwurst and all-beef hotdogs, grilled barbecue pork ribs and Cajun-grilled flatiron steak. A bountiful array of crowd-pleasing side dishes will accompany the spread: steak fries, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and honey-baked beans. The $30 per-person price (plus gratuity) includes all-you-can drink local brewers’ selections from Tenaya Creek Brewery and Joseph James, as well as an energetic music mix spun by local DJ E.J. Luera.
