Michael Bolton to Perform at Eastside Cannery

LAS VEGAS – May 01, 2013 – The multi-platinum, multi-Grammy Award winning singer Michael Bolton will perform a one-night only concert at the Eastside Events Center at Eastside Cannery on June 1, 2013 at 8:30 p.m.

Internationally renowned for his soulful voice, and poignant lyrics, Bolton’s career has spanned over four decades and he has sold more than 53 million albums and singles worldwide. Bolton has also released 8 studio albums that have ranked in the Top Ten with nine #1 singles to date. 

Bolton’s true signature success was seized with the album Soul Provider, selling more than 12.5 million copies world-wide, and showcasing several chart-toppers including the #1 hit single “How Am I Supposed to Live Without You,” which earned Michael his first Grammy. LAS VEGAS – April 24, 2013 – ABBA The Concert, featuring members from the original ABBA group, returns to Eastside Cannery Casino on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at 7 p.m.

 

Sold out performances across America and around the world are proof of what many fans believe--that ABBA The Concert is the closest to seeing ABBA you’ll ever get. Each show highlights the unique ABBA-sound combined with a stunning live “ABBA-esque” performance.

LAS VEGAS - March 26, 2013 - The Spinners will be coming through Las Vegas and performing for one night only at The Eastside Cannery Casino and Hotel on Saturday, April 6 at 8:30 p.m.

The Spinners, an American soul music vocal group have been performing for more than 50 years with a long run of pop and R&B hits especially during the 1970s. The group, originating from Detroit still tours regularly making a special stop in Las Vegas.

The Spinners have always made timeless music and their classic group sound and approach never loses its universal appeal. More remarkable is the fact the group is more popular in the new millennium than ever.

The Oak Ridge Boys Making a Special Concert Appearance at Eastside Cannery Casino and Hotel

 LAS VEGAS - March 18, 2013 - The Eastside Cannery Hotel and Casino will be rocking and rolling on March 31st at 7:00 p.m. to the legendary Oak Ridge Boys.

The Oak Ridge Boys are an American country and gospel vocal quartet.The group was founded in the 1940s as the Oak Ridge Quartet. They became popular in southern gospel during the 1950s. Their name was officially changed to the Oak Ridge Boys in the early 1960s, and they remained a gospel-oriented group until the mid-1970s, when they changed their image and concentrated on country music.

In 1981, the Oak Ridge Boys’ double platinum single “Elvira” soared up the Billboard country and pop radio charts, settling the matter for good, and paving the way for thirty more albums, including hits like “Thank God For Kids”, “You’re the One”, “Dream On”, and many more!

During the first decade of the new millennium, The Oak Ridge Boys continued to receive numerous awards and recognitions: Induction into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame; two more Dove Awards, for a total of eight career Doves; the Pioneer Award from the Academy of Country Music; the Silver Buffalo award from the Boy Scouts of America; a six-month exhibition at the Country Music Hall of Fame; and the Fame Award from the MENC (National Association for Music Educators) in recognition of the group’s work as Musical Ambassadors for the three-year National Anthem Project.
