LAS VEGAS (May 2012) – Spring is here, which means summer is only weeks away.  Andre’s at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino is unveiling its new collection of light libations to help guests cool off this season.  Bring a friend as Andre’s offers 2-for-1 specialty cocktails from 5:30 p.m. to close every night of the week. 

 

The new cocktail collection showcases everything from fun fruit mixes to twists on classic drinks.  Drink prices range from $12 to $18 and include:  

• Basil Mojito: Cruzan white rum, fresh lime, fresh basil and soda water
• Chill Thyme: Vodka, St. Germain, fresh thyme, fresh strawberry and house-made sweet and sour
• Coconut Mojito: Bacardi coconut rum, fresh mint, pineapple juice and soda water
• Irish Ale: Jameson Irish whiskey, ginger beer and fresh lime juice
• Lemon-Berry Tart: Vanilla vodka, lemon curd and fresh blackberries
• Lower Manhattan: Bourbon, Carpano Antica vermouth, bitters, brandied cherry with an orange slice
• Martinez (aged 5 weeks in oak barrel): St. George Terroir gin, Carpano Antica vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino, angostura bitters and lemon twist
• Maximilian: Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, yellow chartreuse, fresh orange and lime juices with orange bitters
• Pineapple Upside Down Martini: Skyy pineapple vodka, pineapple juice and grenadine
• Pomegranate Limeade: Lemon-infused vodka, pomegranate liquor, lime juice and soda water
• Tomato Collins: Hendricks gin, sparkling tomato water and mint
• Willy Nilly: Vanilla-infused vodka, cranberry juice and peach liquor
