Las Vegas, Nev. - The Plaza and Vegas Club Hotel & Casinos are paying out big winners in downtown Las Vegas with $375,000 in Super Bingo winnings for 2008 and a huge turnout for the first $20,000 Cash & Car giveaway. Both promotions have been such big draws, management at the Plaza and Vegas Club is keeping the momentum going with more chances to win.
The Plaza has the only live Bingo downtown, and the Plaza's Super Bingo gives players a chance to win their share of $125,000 with a $125 bingo buy-in that includes a $10 dining certificate and free gift. In 2009, Plaza will add an additional $125,000 Super Bingo bringing the total purse to an astounding $500,000 for the four events in 2009. Sessions start at 12:30 p.m. both days. Extra packs are available for $25 each. There is a three pack minimum in electronics. The 2009 Super Bingo schedule is February 22 - 24, May 17 - 19, August 16 - 18 and November 15 - 17.
Along with Super Bingo, the Plaza now offers $40,000 Bingo Extravaganza Events. The 2009 schedule is set for March 21 - 22, June 27 - 28 and September 19 - 20 with sessions starting at 10 a.m. both days. Players have the chance to win their share of $40,000 with a $60 bingo buy-in. Extra packs are $15 each. There is a three pack minimum in electronics. All players receive a free dauber.
The Plaza also offers the most liberal bingo coverall in all of Las Vegas with its $10,000 Super Coverall in 52 numbers or less. The property has had eleven $10,000 winners in seven months. Players also have a chance to win a $5,000 bonanza in 50 numbers or less, $1,000 for 51 to 55 numbers and $500 for 56 numbers or more. Players receive three cards for $1 (paper or electronics.) Plaza bingo runs six sessions daily at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m., 7 p.m., and 9 p.m. With all of these fantastic incentives, Plaza has truly put the age-old game of bingo back on top as one of Las Vegas's hottest activities.
The Plaza and Vegas Club also want to help their guests start off 2009 in style by offering the chance to win a brand new 2009 Pontiac Vibe. Between Dec. 1 and Jan. 1, players at the Vegas Club and the Plaza receive an entry for every 100 points they accumulate on their Players Club Card. Each entry gives them the chance to win one of ten keys for a brand new 2009 Pontiac Vibe. The ten lucky winners will be drawn Jan. 1, and each winner will be given a key to the car. Only one key will start the car, letting one winner drive away with the Pontiac. The other nine key holders will walk away with $500 cash.
