LAS VEGAS -- This Halloween, Shark Reef is dressing up for the occasion to give costumed kids all the tricks and treats they seek. For one day only, Saturday, October 29 from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. children 12 and under in costume can Trick or Treat at Shark Reef for free.
Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay, home to many of the ocean s deadlier creatures transforms from an undersea adventure into a haunted tropical reef. Rattling chains, creaking doors and hauntingly spooky music will replace the normal sounds of the ocean and the jungle. As visitors walk Shark Reef s dark and eerie tunnels, they ll pass ghostly decorations and frightening pumpkins lining the walls.
But not all things will be creepy. Trick or Treat will be the cry of the fearless youngsters who enter this underwater haunted house seeking reward for their bravery. Shark Reef staff will be on hand with treats for children and under traveling the spooky hallways in their Halloween costumes.
United Blood Services will join the Halloween festivities. Guests donating or pledging to give blood will receive complimentary entry to Shark Reef. The blood drive coincides with the Haunted Reef, Saturday, October 29 from noon until 5 p.m.
