February 20, 2012 – Las Vegas, Nev. – Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower will host the ultimate viewing party, March BBall Tournament HQ from Thursday, March 15 to Sunday, March 18, 2012. College basketball fans will experience four days of non-stop playoff action inside the newly remodeled Stratosphere Theater.

March BBall Tournament HQ is the only showroom in Las Vegas where viewers are surrounded by nine huge theater-style screens featuring all the best games and unobstructed views. March BBall Tournament HQ will be open to the public 21 years and older, and admission is free. $3 and $6 food specials will include breakfast items from 8am-11am and a Build Your Own Street Taco Nacho Bar that will open at 11am. Guests will also enjoy $5 pitchers

Beginning with a 4-course gourmet Valentines dinner created by Executive Chef Rick Giffen and his Top Of The World “visionary cuisine” staff, diners will enjoy the all-time romantic film classic, Casablanca, which will display on multiple huge screens around the Theater. After the meal, guests will be entertained by a special live Valentines show by Las Vegas’ newest headliner, Frankie Moreno and his 10-piece band.

Singer and Songwriter Frankie Moreno debuted as the headline act at Stratosphere Theater Wednesday, November 9, 2011 to rave reviews from critics and fans alike for his musical talent, swagger and showmanship. Moreno performs three nights a week at the Stratosphere, with the Wednesday night show primarily geared at Las Vegas locals. Fellow entertainers and celebrities are often spotted at his performances.

Oct 29, 2010 – Las Vegas, Nev. – The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower will be the final stop on the 2010 Pink Heals Fire Truck Tour where the pink fire truck and crew will appear onsite at the property starting at 4 p.m. on Monday, November 1. The fire truck crew will be dressed in pink fire suits and are known as “Guardians of the Ribbon.” The Guardians of the Ribbon crew drive hundreds of miles across the country carrying signatures of people who have battled cancer in support of all women in their fight against cancer.
