The Orleans Hotel & Casino will offer special Mother’s Day menus on Sunday, May 13, 2012. A wide variety of delicious holiday options will be available.

 

Canal Street

 

Mother’s Day Menu--5 to 10 p.m.

 

 

Choice of: House Salad or Madreline Soup, Zesty Cream of Chicken and Cheese Soup

 

 

 

Starter:

 

  • Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap

 

Marinated Chicken with Oriental Style Vegetables and Sesame Ginger-soy Sauce, wrapped in Sweet Chili Sauce Iceberg Lettuce

 

 

Choice of Entrée:

 

  • Stuffed Twin Filets

 

Two Tenderloins stuffed with Crabmeat and seared in a Cajun Cream Sauce, served with Seasoned Vegetables and Garlic Mashed Potatoes
