Easter Sunday Dining Specials at Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel

LAS VEGAS – March 19, 2010 – Eastside Cannery will celebrate Easter Sunday on Sunday, April 4 with dining specials at Carve Steakhouse, Snaps and the Eastside Cannery Buffet. For Carve reservations, please call (702) 856-5432.

Easter Sunday Menus

Carve Steakhouse will offer a three-course dinner for $29.99 per person from 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.

The first course will be a choice of Wild Mushroom Cream Soup or Iceberg Wedge Salad featuring Baby Iceberg, Crisp Pancetta, Shallots, Chives, Roquefort Blue Cheese, Roma Tomatoes and Balsamic Reduction. The entrée will be a choice of Prime Rib of Beef with Yorkshire Bread Pudding, Pesto Parmesan Roma Tomato, and Au Jus Lie’ or Porcini Crusted Fresh Halibut featuring Dried Porcini Mushroom Crust, Sautéed Baby Spinach, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Citrus Chardonnay Herb Butter or Braised Lamb Shank with Spring Vegetables, Parsnip Truffle Risotto, Citrus Gremolata and Rosemary Lamb Demi Glaze. Dessert will be Georgia Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Cinnamon Cream.

Snaps will offer a three-course menu for $14.99 per person from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

The first course will be a choice of Smoked Bacon Corn Chowder with Smoked Cheddar Cheese or Fresh Spring Salad with Fresh Chopped Romaine Hearts, Mesculin Spring Greens, Hearts of Palm, Toasted Sliced Almonds, Tear Drop Tomatoes, Red Onions and Raspberry Vinaigrette. The main course will include a choice of Honey Baked Ham with Candied Yams, Mashed Potatoes, Corn Cobbette, Toasted Pecans and Golden Raisin Honey Ham Glaze or Pesto Encrusted Leg of Lamb with Apple Sage Cornbread Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Almondine, Mint Jus Lie’ and Mint Jelly. Dessert will be a Caramel Peach Pie Ala Mode with Vanilla Ice Cream & Caramel Sauce.

Eastside Cannery Buffet will have a special Easter Sunday Buffet from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. for $17.99 per person plus tax.

The Easter Sunday Buffet will have a variety of dishes including Corned Beef Hash, Roasted Leg of Lamb, Oysters on the Half Shell, Pork Won Tons, Herb Baked Salmon, Southern Fried Chicken and much more. There will also be a Carving Station, a Salad Bar and a Dessert Bar.
