LUCILLE’S SMOKEHOUSE BAR-B-QUE TO OPEN AT RED ROCK RESORT

(Las Vegas, Nev.)— Red Rock Resort is bringing barbecue back in a big way with the announcement of Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que’s arrival at the popular Summerlin entertainment destination. It is anticipated to open Summer 2013 following an extensive design and construction process and will be the Company’s second location in Southern Nevada.

Best known for its authentic Southern-style barbecue prepared “slow and low,” Lucille’s uses the finest cuts of meat cooked from scratch and prepares its Bar-B-Que at a constant temperature of 225 degrees for hours on end using hickory wood inside a dining room smoker.

Popular dishes include baby back ribs, smoked “Bar-B-Que” chicken, Texas style beef brisket, “Bar-B-Que” tri tip, fresh pan blackened catfish, “Bar-B-Que” shrimp, certified Angus beef New York steak, jambalaya, smoked salmon, Southern fried chicken and New Orleans gumbo to name a few.

“We are constantly striving to bring our guests a full array of quality restaurant offerings and could not be more excited to be adding Lucille’s to our culinary family,” said Mark Dunkeson, Senior Vice President of Operations-Luxury Division.

“Given how the Las Vegas community embraced our Henderson location, we have been looking for the perfect place to put a second Lucille’s,” said owner Craig Hofman. “We are thrilled to partner with Red Rock Resort as we feel their commitment to high quality entertainment and dining options fits with our desire to be in the best location in town,” said Hofman.
