Events Available For People Of All Ages
The city of Las Vegas offers many spring, Earth Day and Easter-related special events and activities for children and adults. These activities are just a sampling of the many available throughout the year. For a full list of day camps, classes and activities available, call any of the facilities below or (702) 229-6297 and ask for a Leisure Guide, ArtQ and Active Adult. These publications also are available online at www.lasvegasparksandrec.com. All activities are subject to change. Most activities require advance registration. Senior activities require a $2 annual membership to city of Las Vegas Senior Citizen Programs.
Green Day Workshop (ages 4-10)

Create personalized Easter eggs. Instructor Bobbie Ann Howell will encourage participants to submit completed works for display and entry in the Easter Festival Egg-Decorating Contest.

Bring the family to learn about the importance of preserving and improving our environment by recycling, reusing and reducing. Each site will have a shredding truck, Goodwill donation sites, and other green opportunities.
