Christmas Dining Specials and New Year’s Eve Dining Specials for the Frankie Avalon Show

Christmas Day Menus

Waverly’s Steakhouse
will offer a special four-course menu from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $28.00 per person.

The first course consists of Roasted Rhubarb tossed with baby spinach and toasted pumpkin seeds in a light walnut vinaigrette. The second course, Creamy Butternut Squash Soup is served with spiced roasted chestnut crème fraiche. The main course is a Grilled Center Cut Pork Chop served with red onion marmalade, roasted root vegetables, and mashed potatoes. Dessert is Apple Cinnamon Pot Du Crème topped with roasted apple chutney.

Vino’s Ristorante will offer a four-course menu from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.

The appetizer is Tuscan cabbage and bean soup with tortellini. The salad is a chopped Caesar salad. Entrée choices are Chianti Beef Medallions with Wild Mushrooms served with parmesan gratin mashed potato and a side of green beans Pomodoro for $25.99 or Mixed Seafood Tagliatelle for $19.99. Dessert is Pumpkin Cheesecake.

Victory’s Cafe will offer a variety of entrees served from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. All entrees are served with soup or salad; rolls and butter; and a choice of Apple, Pumpkin or Pecan Pie.

Entrée choices are Roast Pork Loin with baked apple and cider gravy served with Chef’s vegetables and a choice of potato for $11.99; Baked Ham served with a baked yam with honey cinnamon butter and vegetable du jour for $12.99; or Turkey and Dressing served with giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, and vegetable du jour for $11.99.

Cannery Row Buffet will offer a special Christmas Day Buffet from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. for $12.99 for adults and $10.99 for children 3 -7 years old. Children under 2 eat for free.

Specialty dishes are Roast Turkey with all of the fixings, Leg of Lamb, Carved Ham, Tempura shrimp, Orange Roughy Muenier, Braised Oxtail with red wine, seafood Newburg, green bean casserole, lemon chicken with capers and tomato, chicken and sausage Jambalaya, and beef steak Forestierre. Sixty other hot items will also be served including Mexican, Chinese, a full salad bar, and assorted desserts.


New Year’s Eve Menus

Waverly’s Steakhouse, Vino’s Restaurant and Cannery Row Buffet
are celebrating New Year’s Eve with Frankie Avalon. Dinner starts at 7 p.m.

Waverly’s Steakhouse and Vino’s Restaurant dinner and a show special will feature a four-course meal and a ticket to see Frankie Avalon in concert for $79.95. All Entrees are served with a bacon cheddar Au gratin potato.

The appetizer consists of lobster bisque or country chicken soup. The featured salad is Waverly’s Chopped Salad with shrimp. Entrée choices are Roasted Strip Loin with Cabernet Wild Mushroom Demi; Shrimp Scampi over Jasmine Rice; or Lamb Chops with a Honey Rosemary Glaze. Dessert is Dark Chocolate cake with a Chocolate Mousse filling.

Cannery Row Buffet dinner and a show special will feature a New Year’s Eve Buffet and a ticket to see Frankie Avalon in concert for $59.95.

The New Year’s Eve Buffet will include a full seafood display with crab legs, shrimp cocktail, oysters on a half shell and white shell clams as well as a flambé station with shrimp scampi, sauté button mushrooms with cognac, scallops with vodka and garlic sauce, and seared chicken breast with champagne. The buffet will also feature over sixty hot items such as fresh roasted turkey, prime rib, oysters Rockefeller, tempura shrimp, fried fantail shrimp, and stuffed crab shells. It will also have authentic Mexican and Chinese stations along with a full salad bar and dessert station.
