Jillian’s Sign At Neonopolis Is Down

Details

New Las Vegas Rocks Café Sign Will Soon Be Installed

LAS VEGASDec. 1, 2009 – On Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, Jillian’s outdoor building sign on Neonopolis downtown came down in order to make room for the installation of the new Las Vegas Rocks Café sign and for downtown’s newest venture to open.

Founder Tony Sacca hopes to open the historical dining themed café next week. “I wanted the sign to be up before we open the doors.”

Meanwhile, Sacca and his partner international Chef Josette LeBlond have been remodeling, preparing a retail outlet, hiring staff and developing the celebrity –themed menu.

The Las Vegas Rocks Café will occupy the entire first floor of what used to be Jillian’s at 450 Fremont Street.
