Las Vegas Residents Invited To Celebrations, Luncheons & Free Seminars At City Centers
The city of Las Vegas active adult and senior centers offer exercise, fitness, craft, arts, dance, music and computer classes; cards; games; discussion and social groups; luncheons; outings; sports; and special events Monday through Friday to residents age 50 and better. A listing of classes and activities is published quarterly in the Las Vegas Active Adult, available in the centers and online at www.lasvegasparksandrec.com. All activities are subject to change. Most activities require $2 annual membership to city of Las Vegas Senior Citizen Programs.
6th Annual Las Vegas Senior Idol Talent Show (all ages)
Thursday, Oct. 1, 4 to 6 p.m. Doors open at 3 p.m.
Tickets: $4, on sale Sept. 1, at all city of Las Vegas senior centers.

Bring your favorite chili and have it judged by a panel. Top three chilies will be awarded.
