LAS VEGAS (Jan. 2012) – Circle Saturday, April 14 on the calendar for that is when Project Dinner Table returns for its third season. Project Dinner Table is the popular local dining phenomenon that blends a philanthropic approach and appreciation for the farm to table movement, while focusing on what we love: food, community and purpose. A series of once-in-a-lifetime, dinners served around one long, white-linen-draped table set in unique and adventurous settings, Project Dinner Table celebrates phenomenal chefs, local growers and sustainable sources. Furthermore, each gathering brings diverse individuals together to share a meal served family-style, all while rediscovering the lost art of
conversation. Guests at every event may expect to find themselves breaking bread with local growers, food artisans, restaurateurs and other sp irited community members.
Dates for 2012 are as follows*:
- Saturday, April 14
- Saturday, May 19
- Saturday, June 30
- Saturday, Sept. 8
- Saturday, Oct. 13
- Sunday, Nov 11
“We have some incredible chefs and locations we’re preparing to announce for 2012,” says Gina Gavan, founder and self-proclaimed spoonbender, Project Dinner Table. “We’re going to new locales and thinking outside of the proverbial box, or in this case, dining room, to secure interesting locations where our guests have never dined before.”
