Nevada Opera Sponsor Appreciation Soiree

Nevada Opera Singer Heba Zeinadi

Nevada Opera Sponsors Mike and Beverly Mykisen

Although I have lived in Las Vegas since 1982 I had an extremely pleasant surprise to be invited to a magnificent environment that I did not know existed.† The Nevada Opera held a lovely event at their Sponsor Appreciation Soiree that was sponsored by The Mansion at MGM.†† The Mansion is tucked away from the MGM Casino, is difficult to be found, and the entrance is through a gold iron gate, only with an exclusive invitation. †Entering The Mansion is quite an experience.† One gets the feeling of leaving the world behind and entering a beautiful Italian Tuscany landscape, complete with glorious lush gardens, This Atrium leads to a Great Hall, luxurious Villas, Magnificent architecture, Fine arts, Antiques and so many Treasures that fill your senses.†

The Nevada Opera Soiree was held in the spectacular Great Room as guests enjoyed cocktails and delicacies along with the beautiful piano artistry by Maestro Frank Fetta.† Exquisite operatic performances were performed by Heba Zeinadi, Dutchess Sylvia Valentina and Sharonda McKee with accompaniment by Maestro Frank Fetta. †Prior to each performance, Maestro Fetta narrated a synopsis of the operatic Aria being sung, and interesting histories about the composer.† He also told stories about Nevada Opera experiences, in his own inimitable way, that were fascinating.††
