Big Mess Bar-BQ

A BBQ menu featuring Fried Green Tomatoes, Fried Pickles, Southern Fried Catfish, full racks of ribs, chicken, Pulled pork and much more!

Inspired by down-home Southern barbeque techniques and tastes, the menu features a variety of plates and platters to fit any size of appetite. The main event is the "Messed Up" Bar-BQ platters. All meats are dry-rubbed then smoked in-house in Big Mess' massive smoker, named "Smokin' Sam" in honor of Boyd Gaming co-founder Sam Boyd. Meat selections include Texas-style dry-rubbed, smoked beef brisket; Bar-BQ-roasted chicken; Carolina pulled pork shoulder; Bar-BQ-smoked pork spare ribs; and smoked and grilled sausage. Platters are served with cornbread and two sides.
