Chef Ralph Scamardella and his team treat guests to a culinary journey with selections of classic Italian dishes. Signature highlights include Baked Clams Oreganato, featuring Littleneck clams with toasted bread crumbs and garlic butter; Heirloom Tomato Bufala Mozzarella and the famous over-sized Kobe Meatballs where guests can select Kobe-grade meatballs served with sausage ragu, whipped fresh ricotta or salad and a garlic crostini.

LAVO also features a wood burning brick oven, producing some of the best pizzas in Las Vegas. Additional selections not to be missed are Penne Seafood, Orrechiette with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage, and Lobster and Asparagus Risotto. Guests can also select from a variety of cuts of USDA prime steak, fresh seafood entrées, and the signatures Chicken Parmagiano or Veal Milanese.
